"I stayed here for a few nights and..."
I stayed here for a few nights and the price was better than most other places nearby. The whole process was easy from start to finish, which I appreciated. The room had everything I needed, nothing fancy, but definitely worth it for the money.

"Honestly slept so well here"
I stayed for two nights and the bed ended up being the thing I remember most because the mattress was really comfy, the pillows were soft without being too flat, and I somehow slept better than I do at home half the time, so yeah, no complaints from me at all.

"The room was bigger than I thought it would be"
I stayed here for a few nights and was surprised by how roomy it felt. I’ve stayed in places before where I could barely open my suitcase without it being in the way, so having enough space to move around was a nice change. The little kitchen area was simple, but it was laid out well and actually made sense.
The room had a practical setup, with the bed, desk, and storage spread out instead of feeling packed into one corner. I had to get some work done during my stay, and having a comfortable spot to sit without feeling cramped made a big difference.

"Pretty quiet most nights"
I stayed here for a week, and to be fair, the noise level was better than I expected overall. I did hear a few doors closing in the hallway and some traffic from outside, but nothing that felt unreasonable for a hotel.
There was one night where someone upstairs was walking around late, which was a bit annoying, but I still managed to sleep okay. I wouldn’t call it perfectly quiet, but it was comfortable enough, so 4 stars feels fair

"Room smelled fresh, thankfully no smoke"
I walked in and the first thing I noticed was that the room just smelled clean, which was such a relief because I’m always a little worried about that lingering smoke smell in hotels, but nope, nothing like that at all...

"Deposit came back fine, eventually"
The refund took a little longer than I expected, which was totally fine... definitely not mildly annoying at all. But it did come through in the end, so everything worked out.

"Parking, Shockingly Not a Nightmare"
I somehow found a spot close by every night, which felt suspiciously easy. No circling forever, no drama, no classic parking headache. Almost disappointed I didn’t get to complain about it.

"Really nice front desk"
When I got there, the front desk staff was really friendly and helped me out right away. It wasn’t anything over the top, but they were genuinely nice and made the whole stay a lot easier for me.

"Honestly, the location made everything easier"
I mostly booked this place because it was right where I needed to be, and yeah... that ended up being the best part. Getting to the highway was easy, there were plenty of food spots nearby, and I didn’t have to do that annoying drive-around-after-work thing. It just made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful, honestly. If I’m back in that area again, I’d stay here again.

"Management didn’t really step up"
The room itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The frustrating part was when I had an issue and management just kept passing it from one person to another. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, where someone usually takes ownership and follows up, this felt careless. It seemed like they were just hoping I’d stop asking. Not the worst stay I’ve had, but definitely not one I’d be excited to repeat.

Brought my dog with me and the staff were relaxed about it, which made the visit way easier. Kind of makes you wonder why some other places act like it’s such a big problem.

I booked online, and when I showed up, everything was exactly as expected. Same dates, same room type, same price, no random surprises or anything. Check-in was quick too, so it was just a smooth experience

"Super Easy Check-In and Check-Out"
I got in late, so I was a little worried there’d be some surprise issue or extra hassle, but check-in took maybe 3 minutes. The front desk already had everything ready, and nothing felt sketchy or like I was being fooled into extra fees or problems. Check-out was just as simple, I just dropped the key and left. That made the whole stay feel a lot less stressful.

"Pretty well kept, honestly"
Stayed for a few nights and the place was actually in really good shape. Like, the hallways were clean, parking lot looked fine, laundry area was taken care of… just overall felt like someone was keeping up with it. The room felt fresh too, no weird smells or anything broken that I noticed. a little better than I was expecting.

I stayed at Extended Stay America the room was cleaner than I expected. The bathroom looked fresh, the floors didn’t feel sticky, and the sheets smelled nice. Check-in was easy too, which made the whole process stress-free. Nothing fancy, but it was tidy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed

"Front desk made the whole stay easier"
I stayed here for a week while my apartment was being worked on, and after the first day I started noticing the same pattern: anytime I needed something, the front desk handled it quickly.
I called down for extra towels, stopped by when my key stopped working, and asked a couple random questions during the week. Every time, someone responded fast and acted like it was no trouble at all.
The place itself wasn’t fancy, but the staff made the stay feel easy and low-stress. i’d stay again mostly because they were so consistently helpful.

"I stayed here for a few nights..."
I stayed here for a few nights and it was decent overall. The bed linens were probably the best part for me, they looked clean, smelled fresh, and just made the room feel more comfortable right away. The towels were fine, like not dirty or gross or anything, but they were a little rough and kind of thin, which I noticed every time I used one. I did ask for extra towels though, and they brought them without any hassle, so that was nice. Not a perfect stay, but for the price, I can’t really complain too much.

"I stayed here with my dad..."
I stayed here with my dad, who uses a wheelchair, and it made the trip a lot less stressful. The accessible room had enough space for him to get around without constantly bumping into things, and the bathroom grab bars felt sturdy and well-placed. Parking was close to the entrance too, which was a big help. We had a small issue with the room key, but the staff sorted it out quickly. It’s not a fancy place, but it was clean, comfortable, and practical for what we needed

"housekeeping showed up Quick"
I asked for housekeeping and they got to the room fast. it was super easy to get someone over here.
